Hi, I'm João Nuno.

If you're reading this, chances are you're where I once was: staring at the USMLE from outside the US, unsure where to begin. I'm a dermatologist and anatomy instructor at the University of Coimbra, and I prepared for Step 1 and Step 2 CK the same way you're about to — as an international medical graduate, far from the system that designed these exams.
